Fulfillment Policy

At Family Brands, LLC., we take great pride in providing high-quality meat products and ensuring that each order is fulfilled with the utmost care and efficiency. Below is an overview of our fulfillment and shipping policy:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 week from the time the order is placed. We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible; orders will be fulfilled on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure freshness during the shipping process.
  • Our standard operating hours for order processing are Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (excluding holidays).

Shipping Information

  • We ship all orders via UPS, and tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • We aim to make sure all orders arrive to customers as fresh as possible. To do this, we ship all orders using Styrofoam coolers with ice packs inside. Shipping options only include methods shorter than 3 days to ensure freshness of product.
  • Orders are shipped by the case, and we do not split or partial-ship cases.

No Returns Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items once the order has been shipped. We highly recommend verifying the contents and quantities before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • While we strive to ensure the highest quality packaging, sometimes issues arise during transit. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer support team at shop@familybrandsllc.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • We may request photos of the damage or incorrect items, and once verified, we will work to resolve the issue promptly by either replacing the items or offering store credit, at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure that your order details, including the items and shipping information, are correct before completing your purchase.

Quality Guarantee

  • While we do not accept returns, we are committed to providing high-quality meat products. If you have concerns regarding the quality of the products received, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
